1. General Terms and Conditions
General terms and conditions for the United Brands website of PM Yellowstone.
These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted online with PM Yellowstone. Please read these carefully before placing an order. All agreements are subject to and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Furthermore, all disputes between us will be exclusively resolved by Belgian courts. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with PM Yellowstone are subject to these terms and conditions.
References to "the company," "we," or "us/our" always refer to PM Yellowstone. References to "the customer" always refer to the person(s) who purchase or agree to purchase goods from the company. Any reference to the website implies reference to all URLs owned by PM Yellowstone.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros. They include VAT at the applicable rate unless explicitly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders
To purchase a product, you must first add it to your shopping cart. Once the desired products have been added, you can enter your contact and billing information. You then need to provide the necessary payment details. After we have received this information, you will be presented with an overview page. If you accept this, your purchase is finalized. The purchase agreement can be made in the language of the website where you are shopping.
We accept orders through online transactions (secure server). All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and approval by the card issuer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash, KBC Online/CBC Online, ING Homepay, Dexia Direct Net, iDEAL, and PayPal. If your card issuer refuses to approve your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the registered cardholder’s name will not be accepted or processed.
Note: Minors (under 18 years) may not make purchases unless they have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Delivery
Ordered products will be delivered as quickly as possible, in accordance with the requested delivery method. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure you receive your order within the estimated delivery period. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the day after your order. All goods are delivered subject to availability. Promotions always run for the stated period or as long as supplies last. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, you may cancel the undelivered orders/products at any time after being informed of the late delivery. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) concerned.
If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not match the items listed on the delivery note, or are not what you ordered, you must notify us and return the items within 14 calendar days of receipt. If we do not receive such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential damage caused by late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of the goods proven not to have been received by the customer.
5. Returning and Exchanging Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from PM Yellowstone and strive to offer you excellent quality, value for money, and great service at all times. If you wish to return an item for an exchange or have decided not to keep it, please complete the return form included with your delivery and send it back to us within 14 calendar days, along with the products in their original packaging and with their labels. Where appropriate, we will exchange the item(s) or refund the cost. All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition, along with a copy of your original delivery note.
If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, please complete the details on the return form with a description of the damage and return it within 14 calendar days along with the item in its original packaging. Where appropriate, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost, including any incurred delivery charges. The customer is responsible for shipping the goods.
6. Warranty
All products come with a warranty against defects caused by manufacturing or material faults. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of the original invoice (unless otherwise stated). Defects caused by accidents, negligence, or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
If you receive a product in a damaged state, please inform us first. You can contact us at katelijne@premiumsport.be. We will review the issue and ask you to return the item. Return costs will be reimbursed (according to standard postal rates). Send the damaged product, along with the return form and a description of the damage, sufficiently stamped to our return address. Include your bank account number for reimbursement.

Clearly indicate what is wrong with the purchased product or specify any issues. All items must be returned in a clean and orderly condition to assist you promptly.
7. Products
All products are sold individually unless otherwise stated and are not always available at every sales location. We make every effort to ensure that the colors on the website closely match those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colors may vary.
8. Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel any order placed via the website for a refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery date, provided the goods are unused. This does not apply to perishable goods, unsealed software, or items personalized or made according to your instructions.
To cancel an order, you can send an email to katelijne@premiumsport.be stating your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and retain all original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days after sending your cancellation notice. They can be returned to our customer service (see contact details). All items are returned at your expense. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will refund the costs upon receipt of the items. If we receive the items in unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within 30 days of your cancellation notice.
9. Liability
PM Yellowstone cannot be held liable for any damage that might directly or indirectly arise from the use of the website. The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the information on the website is error-free or complete. If the customer places an order, they accept that errors can occur in the description, pricing, or availability of a product.
PM Yellowstone cannot be held liable for damages caused by misuse or inability to use our products. This includes damages resulting from technical issues or maintenance. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by PM Yellowstone.
10. Intellectual Property
All content of this website, including text, images, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. These materials are the property of PM Yellowstone or used under license. The use of any materials from the website without prior permission is strictly prohibited, unless for personal and non-commercial purposes.
11. Prices and Printing Errors
We review prices and specifications to the best of our ability. While we strive to ensure their accuracy, we accept no responsibility for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without prior notice.
12. Ownership of Goods
All items delivered to the customer remain the property of PM Yellowstone until payment for all amounts due for the respective items has been received by us.
13. Questions or Complaints
All questions, complaints, or comments can be sent to our customer service team at katelijne@premiumsport.be. We will make every effort to address your complaint within five business days of receipt. If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will inform you of the expected timeline and keep you updated on the progress of the investigation.
You can also report complaints and disputes through the European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Platform. The ODR website is http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
14. Security
We take all necessary measures to ensure maximum security for users of our online ordering service. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your data during all transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted, ensuring that third parties cannot access it.

18. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (PM Yellowstone, Leliestraat 70A, 015 63 92 77, katelijne@premiumsport.be) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement through an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing via post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
